I recently had a bad experience there and they went out of their way to make it all okay. Purchased a CRV from them earlier in the year. Great dealership. A little pokey. But, that's the northwoods.
Quoted one price for repair work and charged me way more. Disgusted with the dishonest way they do business. Go somewhere else if you can!
Eric, Danny & Ken were very accommodating. I appreciated that if something wasn’t right they did the right thing to make it right & take pride in customer service. The showroom & waiting area is nice & clean with a beautiful view of the lake. They provide bikes to use on the beautiful walking/biking trails while waiting for your vehicle to get serviced, etc., which is a nice touch. Ashland Honda Toyota does not provide car wash services for buyers when they purchase vehicles & bring their cars in for service similar to most dealerships we have purchased from. They do honor True Car pricing. Overall our experience with Ashland Honda was great & I would recommend this dealership.
Very pleased with service and their concern dir me as a consumer. They are always looking for ways for me to cost effective ways for me to maintain our cars.
Thoroughly enjoyed our visit. We stopped by on a whim for a test drive, but after meeting with Kevin and his manager we left with a new car. They were willing to work out a deal and even stayed late to get us on our way. Couldn't be happier with their crew, and we left feeling that we had been treated very fairly. Worth the trip!
