Out of state order: I almost didn't place an order with Johnson's based upon the other two reviews; however, after living in Washburn many years ago, I called one of the trusted local businesses in the area and asked who they would recommend for a flower delivery to Washburn. Without hesitation they said "Johnson's." They did mention that the other florists are very nice and do great work, but if they had to pick one, that's who they'd recommend. I just finished placing my order with a very sweet man who was pleasant and very friendly. I didn't feel rushed at all. The order won't be delivered until tomorrow as I am placing this order late in the day (which is what I expected) so I won't have any word on the delivery until tomorrow. Given the very positive interaction I just had, I felt it was only fair to mention this as the other two reviews were so negative. It's a shame that they had such difficult experiences as the person I spoke with was very amiable.

The owner of this business is down right nasty and rude. I will never ever recommend this company to anyone. She continued to talk rudely and kept hanging up. She was short tempered. They want our business as it says on their website. Well so much for showing you want it. You continue rudeness to people that purchase through you is unreal. I told her I wanted a refund she told me she couldn't do it. Then told me I can do it online and when I asked how I would go about that she then hung up on me. So I called Country Buds flower shop! AMAZING SERVICE! I then called back to Johnsons and the rude owner picked up again and was fuming about a telephone guy that is late and then hung up again. So I called again and asked her to please tell me how I can do an online refund she then said you cant do that at this time. WELL WHAT IS IT? You tell me I can now I cant? Really? She then hung up AGAIN. I will be talking with the BBB about this shop.

I had a really disappointing experience with Johnson's. Not only were the flowers I ordered not delivered (anniversary missed), but the person I spoke to when I called to check on them was really rude. I got someone from the help-line who told me there wasn't anything she could do about it and acted like she was annoyed I called the HELP-line for HELP. Then two days later the shop itself called me to ask if I still wanted the flowers delivered, or what they were supposed to do. I said I still wanted the flowers sent and got a terse "sorry" before the lady hung up. All around unpleasant experience with surprisingly rude people.
