Best place to shop for food around by a long shot. Supports local farmers. Deli food is delicious! Not half as expensive as people seem to think, especially if you shop for deals.
Must go place for fresh and organic items. Whether you are on a special diet or just want some locally grown apples this place is the only place in town to address diet concerns. Much needed place in Ashland!
Many of their items are priced competitively for what they are, however I will occasionally notice an item that is drastically more expensive than what I'm accustomed to paying, if that's an issue for you, it is worthwhile paying close attention to the prices.
This Coop store has been clean every time we visited including the restrooms.
One of my favorite features to this coop is they make an outstanding effort to supply locally-produced foods and products.
In addition to a variety of fresh produce canned goods boxed Goods chips Frozen Foods Etc, they also have a small kitchen where they produce Fresh Soups that are for sale in addition to several other Deli items like dips and guacamole.
They do a good job of labeling allergens on food products they produce in store and they seem to be cognizant of cross contamination issues.
They do offer memberships in the coop however you are able to purchase Goods without a paid membership.
This is one of our favorite places to visit when we're in the area. Considering they are relatively small compared to most grocery stores, they have an amazing selection of products.
Best co-op on the peninsula! Wide selection of produce, dairy & dry goods. Great hot food & salad bar! Eating area / art gallery is a nice space to meet and eat.
I always love going to the co-op. Really good locally grown food. The deli has delicious ready to go selections. All the health products are organic. And the people are friendly.
