Tried to have service work done on my Lopi Gas freestanding stove and told they were too busy to schedule any service work as they were too busy with installations. Three weeks ago when I called they supposedly put me on their schedule for first week in December. Called today and they told me they were too busy. They didn't have the decency to call me and let me know that they would not be coming this week. Now I have to start all over with someone else. Disgusting the way they treat their customers. Stay away!
Great little store. It is a hidden gem! Very knowledgable staff that goes the extra mile! You don't find service like this anymore!
Poor customer service. Our fireplace came with some defects, we've talked to them many times about getting it fixed and they just keep putting it off.
Very nice people that you can trust, family owned business, easy to find and they do great work and have lots of unique items as well.
