I have been in a few times and called on the phone. Each time they were really rude and impatient with me.
This last time I called to ask a simple question about balloons and they were really short with me. I couldn't hear well because the connection wasn't great and they were clearly annoyed when I heard wrong (and even hung up the phone quickly, as if my call was a burden to them.)
They have items we don't find elsewhere in our small town and in large quantities if needed.
I won't be working with them in the future.
